Exchanges / Returns

Your comfort and satisfaction with your purchase are our priority. We understand that sometimes a size may not fit: even with correct measurements, the fit can vary depending on the cut and your individual shape.

That is why you can exchange a bra for a different size under the following conditions:

• the item has not been worn and still has all its tags;
• the exchange request is made within 2 days of receiving the order;
• the item shows no signs of wear, damage or foreign odours;
• once we receive the item, we check its condition and send you the other size.

Please note that, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, panties and belts of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, please contact us and we will resolve it.

These rules apply in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
