Size Exchange

If you have chosen the wrong size or the item does not fit as expected, we can exchange it for another available size.

For this, it is important that:

• the item has not been used;
• it shows no signs of wear, washing, or damage;
• tags and original packaging have been preserved.

Before placing an order, you can also write to us in Direct — we will help you determine your size.

Returns

Product returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used and has maintained its original condition.

Important: undergarments of proper quality that have been used or tried on directly against the skin are not subject to return or exchange.

If you received a defective or incorrect item

If you discover a manufacturing defect or receive an item that does not match your order, please write to us in Direct within 14 days of receipt.

We will replace the item free of charge or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
