Placing an order

After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation and information about further processing of the order.

Payment

Payment is made through the payment methods available on the website.

Delivery

Within Ukraine, orders are delivered by courier and postal services. Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days. International orders ship free of charge.

After dispatch, the customer receives a tracking number.

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns are handled in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the conditions set out in the “Exchanges / Returns” section.

Liability

The store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services or by circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
